1 General Terms and Acceptance

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To create an account on tk77, you must be at least 21 years of age. tk77 enforces strict age verification procedures during registration. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all bets voided, and any deposited funds returned minus administrative fees. Winnings generated by underage accounts will be forfeited.

You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of tk77 complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. tk77 does not provide legal advice regarding gambling legality in your location.

2.2 Account Creation

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on tk77. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of all bets placed through duplicate accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Verification

tk77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Processing

All deposit transactions must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from accounts not belonging to the registered player will be refunded and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on tk77 is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳500,000. Daily cumulative deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level and transaction history.

3.4 Deposit Fees

tk77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may impose transaction fees according to their own policies. Any such fees are the responsibility of the player.

4 Withdrawals and Payout Policy

4.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed by tk77 within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are transferred to your designated payment method. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times:

• Bank transfers: 3-12 hours after approval
• Debit card refunds: 3-5 business days after approval

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by submitting required identity documents. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at tk77's discretion, particularly for large amounts or if account activity raises security concerns.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for anti-money-laundering compliance. In most cases, withdrawals must return to the same payment method used for deposits.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000,000. Larger withdrawals may be processed in multiple installments at tk77's discretion. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

tk77 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals beyond three per month incur a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount or ৳100, whichever is greater. Payment provider fees may apply independently.

4.5 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time through the platform before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to both sports betting and casino gaming. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the Bonuses section of these Terms.

5 Betting Rules and Settlement

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market type. Cricket betting follows international cricket rules as defined by the International Cricket Council (ICC). Football betting follows FIFA rules. Other sports follow their respective governing body regulations.

tk77 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds display, technical glitches, or matches postponed or abandoned. Bets placed after an event has started may be void unless explicitly offered as live in-play markets.

5.2 Live Betting

Live in-play betting odds are updated in real-time during matches. Due to transmission delays, there may be a short time lag between actual match events and odds updates on tk77. Bets are accepted based on the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. tk77 reserves the right to void bets placed after a significant event has occurred but before odds were updated, if such bets exploit the time delay.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games on tk77 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in certified studio environments. The house edge varies by game type and is disclosed within each game's information panel.

Game malfunctions void all related plays and wagers. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, any incomplete rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's technical rules. tk77 is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's end.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

tk77 imposes a maximum payout cap of ৳5,000,000 per single bet or game round. Jackpot games may have separate maximum payout limits as specified within the individual game rules. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout cap will be reduced to the cap amount, and the excess will not be paid.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

6.4 Free Bets and Free Spins

Free bets and free spins awarded as promotional offers are non-withdrawable. Winnings generated from free bets and free spins may be subject to a 5x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Free bets and free spins are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

7 Responsible Gaming

8.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk77 shall not be liable for:
